Situated on a scenic 35-acre parkland campus along Kill Avenue in Dún Laoghaire, County Dublin, IADT is celebrated across Europe as the home of the prestigious National Film School (NFS) of Ireland. The institute educates over 2,500 students across the Faculty of Film, Art and Creative Technologies, delivering honours bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degree programmes spanning Film & Television, Animation, Creative Music Production, Graphic Design, 3D Design, Applied Psychology, Cyberpsychology, Creative Computing, and Entrepreneurship. IADT is a founding member of the FilmEU European University alliance alongside top European film academies in Portugal, Belgium, Estonia, and Slovakia. With high-definition film sound stages, multi-camera television production galleries, Foley audio suites, digital animation studios, VR/AR immersive media labs, and the high-growth enterprise incubator "The Media Cube", IADT graduates regularly win Oscars, BAFTAs, and IFTAs. All degree qualifications grant international non-EU graduates direct eligibility for Ireland’s Third Level Graduate Scheme (Stamp 1G post-study work visa: 1 year for Honours Bachelor, 2 years for Master’s).
